2. Policy for Students

MyVidhyarthi is free for students and parents.

We do not charge students any registration or platform fee for searching or contacting tutors.

Any payments made directly to tutors for tutoring services are private transactions between the student/parent and the tutor.

MyVidhyarthi is not responsible for refunds, disputes, or cancellations related to payments made directly to tutors.

3. Policy for Tutors (Platform Fees)

To operate the Platform and promote tutor profiles, MyVidhyarthi charges tutors a platform fee, subscription fee, or connect charges.

All platform fees paid by tutors are strictly non-refundable.

Once payment is completed, funds are immediately used for:

Marketing and promotions

Platform operations and maintenance

Lead generation and profile visibility

For this reason, no refund will be provided once the service has started, regardless of usage or results.

4. Cancellation of Tutor Account

Tutors may deactivate or cancel their account at any time.

However, account cancellation does not entitle the tutor to any refund of fees already paid.

MyVidhyarthi reserves the right to suspend or terminate tutor accounts if there is a violation of platform policies, including false information or unprofessional conduct. No refund will be issued in such cases.

5. No Guarantee of Results

MyVidhyarthi does not guarantee:

A specific number of student enquiries

Tutor selection by students

Successful conversions or income

Platform fees are charged for access and promotion, not for guaranteed employment or earnings.

6. Acceptance of Policy

By completing any payment on the Platform, tutors confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy and acknowledge that all payments are non-refundable.
